Do I upload my own files to my portal?

No, initially you send us all your design files and a simple information form, showing board, finish, envelope and so on, we use this to upload and build your portal.

What happens when I have new designs?

Provided that you can supply your files in the correct way for upload, we can guide you through the process of uploading your files and ordering proofs yourself. Within 2-3 days a hard copy proof will be with you. Simply approve the proof on your portal and you ready to go.
If you are not able to provide your files the correct way, then we are happy to upload files on your behalf.

How do I sell on other platforms, such as etsy?

No problem, place a Print on Demand order to replenish your stock as required.

Is there a minimum order on IC Simplicity?

The minimum print order is six cards per design provided there are no special finishes.

What is my retailer's order is pro forma?

Key the order as usual, with a message in notes to hold until pro forma paid. Then simply drop your account manager an email to release.

How can I be confident about the print quality?

Our market leading HP Indigo Press gives a superior print finish, cards are then QC checked during three further stages of production.

How do I pay you?

Your first order will be pro forma, we will then open a credit account and send monthly statements.

I already have printed stock

No problem, subject to prior agreement we can bring in to our fulfilment centre to pick and pack until sold through, then we will switch to Print On Demand.

How do I know that my order has been dispatched?

On the day of dispatch we send you an email confirming next day dispatch and including the consignment number for tracking purposes. This is also your prompt to invoice your customer.

Can I have proofs?

Yes, all uploads to your IC Simplicity site can be proofed.

Which courier do you use?

For the majority of our deliveries we use APC next day service.

Can I send compliments slips and thank you cards etc to include in the box?

Yes, we can do this free of charge.

Can you send me reports on my card sales, best sellers etc?

Yes, we will report on any information we hold about your cards free of charge.

Is my information including my retail customer details confidential?

Yes, we will never pass on any of our customers information to a third party.

How much will this cost per card?

We have various price thresholds starting at 0 - 25,000 cards per year. Please get in touch and we can send you a proposal.

Day 1 is classed as the day following receipt of order. Orders can be placed up to 11.59pm on the day prior for next working day to apply.

Turnaround times are only valid on orders which are made up of standard card sizes, standard held stocks and orders being passed by the Preparations team.

Turnaround times apply to all orders of up to 4000 cards, orders above this amount quoted on demand.

Turnaround times apply to IC Simplicity users only for all orders placed through IC Simplicity only.

When orders are being dispatched to UK Mainland the delivery is calculated as follows:

Net order value £1 to £249 = £10 plus VAT

Net order value £250 to £499 = £15 plus VAT

Net order value £500 to £999 = £20 plus VAT

Net order value over £1000 = Free delivery

For orders going to The Channel Islands, Southern Ireland or Overseas please select "International Delivery" on checkout. This will display costs "To Be Confirmed". We are unable to give accurate delivery costings on these orders until they are ready to be sent as the costs are calculated on the weight, size and number of boxes being dispatched.

Sending us new or replacement files for upload

IC Simplicity has a “proofing” option which enables hard copy proofs of new designs to be ordered and produced directly from your IC Simplicity site. Proof items will be displayed as such on your site. One set of proofs with up to 20 designs is free of charge per month and no delivery will be charged to you. Additional proofs can be ordered for a small charge.

When you receive the proofs in the post please email uploads@icsimplicity.co.uk or call 01622 871449 to approve them. We will then update the status from “Proof” to “Greetings Cards”. When the status has been updated the new cards will be available for you to order.
